Spring Rains

Its been pouring here in central Florida. its a really good idea if you have gutters to check them and get them cleaned, if they are plugged its going to rot out your roof. And certainly, check your vent flashing. If its chewed up this means a leak is taking place, and damage is being done to your roof decking. You may not see it, but its there and over the 15-20 years a roof lasts its going to rot out a large hole which will have to be replaced. Install some CQs and that will help stop any further damage without having to reflash.
