Clubhouse Instllation
We had a clubhouse install Critter Quitters after they reroofed to protect their vents. This will save them hundreds of dollars over the life of the roof as they will not have to change out the lead flashing. Looks good also if I do say so myself.
Mounting Critter Quitters
When you install a Critter Quitter, you dont have to do anything to the existing flashing. They slide over the existing flashing with no need to cut or reflash.
Chicken Wire
People have written us and said they use chicken wire or some prepackaged vent screens to protect their vents. Those are fine for new construction. But remember, Critter Quitters are designed to stop damaged vents from leakage. A screen will not stop a leak. So if you...
