Works as described. Super easy install. It literally took me 5-10 mins per vent pipe to install. This included going up the ladder first to check angle to cut, then cutting on a miter saw (you could easily use a hand saw as well). Slip it over the vent pipe, stick a couple of the included screws in and done. Squirrels had chewed all the tops of my lead seals. This is way less expensive than having a roofer replace the lead boot.
