Check Order Form

We have added a manual entry form for those wishing to purchase by check or money order. Its located on the “Buy Critter Quitter” page under the Paypal. Simply click on the Manual Order Form, fill it out, get your priciing, and send the form along with a check to the address indicated. We will contact you via E mail or phone upon reciept and confirm the order.
