Patent Update

Our full non-provisional is being filed this week. Once this happens we can start our next line of products based on it. It will take a year or two, but we anticipate some revolutionary roof products.

Alignment

When you install our shields, make sure you look down the top and its lined up with the vent. Sometimes vents are not totally vertical, and although your shield may be vertical, it may not be totally aligned with the top of the vent.

Ladders

When you go on your roof, make sure you use the right ladder. The best one is an extension ladder. You should not use a step type ladder unless you are leaning it against the house and it clears the roof line. You should have at least 3 feet of ladder past the roof...

Screws we Use

Some have been asking why we use small cross threaded stainless steel screws instead of hex head. Hex would be easier to screw in, thats for sure. But there are two reasons we stick with the cross head. First, they are small and black, so they are not noticible....
