Can These Be Removed for Plumbing?

We have been recieving a few questions asking how easy are Critter Quitters removed if a plumber needs to snake out a vent. They are held in place by three screws that bite into the lead and pipe, so if these are simply backed out the vent shield easily slides off for plumbing work, and re-installs the same way.
