We have upgraded our paint to a new longer life product. It produces a true flat black, so it has absolutely no shine to it. This should not only last for many years before requiring repainting, but it also should blend into more roofs.

Its winter time, so squirrels are starting to slow down or even hibernate. So there is a reprieve from their gnawing habits. Take advantage of this if you live in warmer climates to check your roofs before it becomes really hot again, its a lot better to do roof work...

We are located in Altamonte Springs, FL, which is outside of Orlando. We have had several calls recently inquiring how much the units are if they are picked up. The price for picked up units is 25 dollars for Size A and 30 for Size B, basically 5 dollars off.
