Pumbing Vents

Some people have been inquiring what is a plumbing vent. Plumbing vents are those little stacks that stick out of your roof. They serve two purposes. They allow air to replace the water you flush or drain out your house. If they weren’t there your toilets or drains wouldn’t work. They also allow sewer gasses to vent. Since these are both smelly and explosive they need to be outside. So they serve an important function and need to be kept clean.
