If you dont want to get on the roof, you can go in the attic and measure the vent by measuring the circumference of the vent pipe and dividing this by 3.14. This will give you the diameter of the pipe. Or maybe you can read what the diameter is by looking at the pipe....

If you are ordering a CQ, remember, if you measure anything with a diameter of 3 inches or less its a SIze A, if its betwen 3 and 4 inches its a size B. So if you measure your vent pipe because the flashing has been chewed off and the diamter is 2 1/4 inches outside,...
