Its been pouring lately all over the South. This is where vents are sealed with lead, and if squirrels have eaten yours off you have a roof leak. May not seem like it because you are not seeing any ceiling stains, but its not getting to there. The water is rotting...

Its just a tropical storm, and anyone that has lived in Florida for a while knows thats usually nothing more than a hard rain, but still it can knock over trees and power lines, so be careful.
