Screw Insertion Machine

Each unit has a screw kit. We consider this the weak link in our manufacturing process as we used to put these in by hand, and people make mistakes. We created this screw kit insertion machine to eliminate this problem. This simple machine allows the operator to visually confirm there is a screw kit above each unit, then pulling the drawer allows them to fall into each unit. Its not fancy or automatic, but it doesn’t have to be and we can process hundreds of units a day
